The DC brake motor has a simple structure, cheap cost, and is easy to burn out the motor when it heats up quickly. The AC brake motor has a complex structure, high cost, obvious braking effect, durable, and is an ideal power for automatic control. However, the braking part (i.e., the brake) of the DC brake motor and the AC brake motor cannot be connected to the frequency conversion voltage, and it needs to be wired for synchronous control.
3.The brake motor has high-precision positioning requirements, as a brake motor should have: fast braking, accurate positioning, safe and reliable, brake system can be used interchangeably, simple structure, easy replacement and maintenance.
