The A4VG series make-up pump is an internally mounted make-up pump. The A4VG pump is an axial piston variable displacement pump with a swashplate structure, suitable for closed-circuit hydrostatic transmissions. It boasts high power density, external controllability, and convenient function expansion. The pump housing is of an integral design, incorporating the make-up pump, resulting in a compact structure with fewer sealing points, reduced weight, shortened external dimensions, and a high power-to-weight ratio.

The make-up pump not only supplies the make-up oil required by the system but also provides the control oil necessary for the variable displacement of the main pump. In the A4VG series pumps, the make-up pump is installed on the rear cover of the pump and can be selected with or without a through-shaft drive based on customer needs. The make-up oil pressure is limited by an internal make-up oil relief valve to ensure stable system operation.
