Single Central Screw Collapsible Reels

The collapsible reels are designed to produce a reel-less package where only the strapped coil of wire, cable or tube is shipped or processed further. If only the strapped coil needs to be shipped, but a well formed package is desired, a take-apart reel system allows for high speed precision winding and un-winding possibilities.

Collapsible Reel: Coiling and Lifting System

• Built from high strength steel in any size starting from 800 mm (31.5")
• System also lifts coil
• Can be balanced for higher speed spooling applications
• Can be outfitted with 4, 6, 8 strapping slots
• Complete with mechanical wire locking system
• Attachments can be provided to produce various coil widths with same reel

COL-CS: Single Central Screw Collapsible Reel

• Built from high strength steel in many customized sizes and weight requirements
• Quick opening and closing/opening system for the disassembly of the reel using 1 central screw
• Can be balanced for higher speed spooling applications
• Can be outfitted with 4, 6, 8 strapping slots
• Can be supplied with hardened removable arbor bushings
• Attachments can be provided to produce various coil widths with same reel

COL-4S: 4 Screw Collapsible Reel

• Built from high strength steel in any many customized sizes and weight requirements
• Simple 4-screw closing/opening system for the disassembly of the reel
• Can be outfitted with 4, 6, 8 strapping slots
• Can be supplied with hardened removable arbor bushings

TA-P & TA/H: Pneumatic / Hydraulic Take Apart Reel

• Built from high strength steel in any size starting from 800 mm (31.5")
• Pneumatic or hydraulic activated opening and closing system for the disassembly of the reel
• Can be balanced for higher speed spooling applications
• Can be outfitted with 4, 6, 8 strapping slots
• Can be supplied with hardened removable arbor bushings
• Attachments can be provided to produce various coil widths with same reel

TA-Z: Z2 + Z3 Collapsible Reel

• Special standardized take-apart reel with cardboard winding drum
• Flange diameters: 760 mm, 900 mm ( 30", 36")
• Built from high strength steel with central locking collar system
• Operator insert cardboard tube between flanges for winding surface
• Supplied with 6 strapping slots

Q: Can I get samples?
A: According to spool model and material, we will advise.
Q: How long is the sample LEAD TIME? 
A: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If no stock, we will advise lead time.
Q: Can you develop new products?
A: Yes, we have new products developing ability and we are good at developing new mold.
Q: How much is the freight charge?
A: It depends on spool package volume, if small quantity, volume and urgent goods,
we may advise FEDEX or other couriers' charge for your check. 

If volume bigger and by seaway suitable, we provide FOB or CIF price to you.
Q: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own mound workshop and can provide spool or other plastic product developing and injection service.
