KCB gear pump high temperature pump
KCB gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, relief valve and shaft end seal. After heat treatment, the gear has higher hardness and strength, and is installed in the replaceable sleeve together with the shaft. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is achieved automatically by using the output medium when the pump is working. Large flow gear oil pump has a reasonable design of oil drain and oil return groove, which makes the gear bear less torque force in the work, so the bearing load is small, the wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high.
