Product Overview

KCB gear pump booster pump

KCB gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, relief valve and shaft end seal. After heat treatment, the gear has higher hardness and strength, and is installed in the replaceable sleeve together with the shaft. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is achieved automatically by using the output medium when the pump is working. Large flow gear oil pump has a reasonable design of oil drain and oil return groove, which makes the gear bear less torque force in the work, so the bearing load is small, the wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high. The pump is equipped with an overflow valve as overload protection. The total return pressure of the overflow valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted according to the actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, it should be noted that the relief valve can not be used for long-term operation of the pressure relief valve, and can be installed separately on the pipeline when necessary. From the extended end of the spindle to the pump, it is clockwise rotation. KCB gear pump can be used as transmission and booster pump in oil transportation system; it can be used as fuel pump for conveying, pressurizing and injection in fuel system; it can be used as hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic power in hydraulic transmission system; KCB series gear pump can be used as lubricating oil pump in industrial field;
