Automatic Liquid Oral Filler Filling Machine

This machine is high-speed filling machine which combines 10ml-30ml oral liquid filling and rolling capping. It uses rotary filling and rolling capping. When filling,the filling head is automatically inserted into the bottle and tracked, and the liquid does not overflow; the rolling cap is three-knife cam type, with beautiful rolling mouth. This machine has two types: MYF-12/12(12 filling heads,12 rolling heads) and MYF16/16(16 filling heads,16 rolling heads).

The main components of this machine are: ① peristaltic pump ② cylinder ③ vibrating cap trimmer ④ capping head, which can be additionally equipped with automatic bottle trimmer, bottle washer, dryer and labeling machine to form a linkage production line. It is mainly used for the production of eye drops and other low dose solutions and is applicable to the pharmaceutical and daily chemical industries, meeting the GMP requirements.
