1, an overview of proces for FLUX CORED WIRE DRAWING MACHINE FCW drawing machine 

Strip molding production process is: made of cold-rolled coil steel cut (0.8~0.9) x14mm strips or the stainless steel strip, roll into the "U" Groove, on filling powder, rolled together for "o" shaped tube, rolling and drawing as needed for further specifications of the finished wire.

2, the process is as follows:

(1) steel strip rewinding: pay off strip →constant tensile rack→ spool take up

(2) forming and rough drawing machine: spool tension active pay off → constant tensile rack→ rolling speed detection system→ forming into U shape-→servo powder adding system →forming→forming and reduce diameter→ LZ6/500 drawing machine  → spool take up

(3) finish drawing: spool passive pay off  → LZ10/400 reduced diameter →polishing machine →spool take up

(4) the layer winding: about  15-25KG each packing.
