Stainless Steel Wire Ropes have different thicknesses of the wires in the strands. The thin wires are placed in the grooves of the thick wires, and the thick and thin wires are in line contact state. Due to the small contact stress of the wire-contact Ss Wire Rope, the steel wire rope has a long life and increased flexibility. Because the wire contact 304 Stainless Steel Wire Rope is relatively dense, the wire rope with the same diameter has a larger breaking force. Co-laid wire ropes with the same wire diameter in the strand are also wire-contact ropes.

The inner wire of the surface contact rope has a special shape, and the steel wire with special-shaped section is used, and the steel wire is in surface contact. Its advantages are smooth appearance, good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and can withstand large lateral forces; but it is expensive, so it can only be used in special occasions.
Stainless steel wire rope simplex clips are suitable for creating a loop with wire ropes.
