KF-25 Compressible Vacuum Bellows Connection, KF 25 (NW 25), Stainless Steel Bellow

We fabricate these KF flanged hydraulically formed bellows for HV systems from 300 series stainless steel hoses and 304L stainless steel KF (QF) flanges. The KF (QF) flange is used for through- or foreline vacuum plumbing and for simple HV chamber ports.
The Compressible Bellows Connections are available in the following sizes: NW 10, NW 16, NW 25, NW 40, and NW 50.
The Compressible Bellows Connections are made out of Stainless Steel.

Vacuum BellowsFeature :

Withstand many flexing cycles
Unbraided Hoses: Extend up to 10% beyond their live length and compress up to 15%
Braided Hoses: Braided sheath helps protect convoluted hose from damage
Short Hoses: Often used to correct minor component misalignments
Longer Hoses: Work as roughing lines
NOTE:
Short hoses are often used to correct minor component misalignments while longer hoses are ideal for use as roughing lines.
Thin wall hose and bellow assemblies are fabricated from Series 300 stainless steel
Hoses can be made compatible with KF or ISO "K" terminations
