1、 Advantages of PA/PE composite membrane

The product of PA/PE composite film has symmetrical structure, smooth surface, high transparency, high tensile strength, good moisture resistance, low oxygen permeability, oil resistance, high and low temperature resistance, non-toxic, tasteless, easy to heat seal, good air tightness, light specific gravity, etc. The PA/PE composite film has a variety of combination methods, which are mainly used for the storage, preservation, taste, quality and quantity of several categories of goods.

2、 Application of PA/PE composite membrane

According to the situation of grain storage, there are six side seals, five side seals and one side seals. However, no matter how many side seals, the PA/PE composite film should be made into a certain shape, and the grain should be sealed in the middle and then sealed.

1. The rice is stored in vacuum packaging, and the grain is vacuumed in the closed bag. The good air tightness and moisture resistance of the PA/PE composite film are used to keep the grain in an oxygen free stable state, so as to prevent insects and mold, maintain the quality and facilitate long-term safe storage;

2. The rapid deoxidizer packaging method uses the PA/PE composite film to seal the grain pile or the grain stack, and uses the deoxidizer in combination to forcibly eliminate the oxygen in the bag, speed up the anoxic asphyxiation of grain pests and microorganisms, and inhibit the growth of mold;

3. Carbon dioxide filling packaging method: it can not only prevent the invasion of pests and microorganisms, but also effectively reduce the respiratory intensity of grain and prevent the fat decomposition and oxidation of grain due to the effect of carbon dioxide, so as to delay the aging of grain;

4. Low dose sealed fumigation method: low amount of drugs and grains are sealed in the PA/PE composite membrane at the same time. Due to the strong oxygen resistance of the membrane, the drug circulates in the membrane, extending the insecticidal period of the drug.
