Introduction for New Automatic Raw Cashew Nut Cracking Cutting Machine:

This new cashew nut cutting machine is based on the original shredder. Feeding from the conveyor belt, the material to be cut can be evenly scattered in the feeding hopper, which is conducive to uniform chopping. The rough cutting by the upper knife is firstly screened by the grading sieve, and the qualified granular material is directly discharged, which is unqualified. The granular material is further cut by the lower knife to avoid repeated cutting of the qualified granular material to the lower cutting knife, thereby reducing the consumption of materials and oil.
The size of the cutter can be adjusted to cut out the different specifications of the material. The graded part is matched with sieves of different specifications. The material is graded by sieve to achieve the required size.
