     Concrete pile injection machine is composed of the pile pump, the metering flat trolley and the control part,

      it is the core part of the automatic pile production line, and the pile automatic pump system can receive the         actual  weight of  the concrete in the steel mould in real time, so as to control the walking speed of the                 measuring flat trolley.

2. Rotary chain wheel of decelerator is 16A 34Z double row chain wheel,diameter of each wheel 1:1;

3. Drawing chain wheel of measuring flat wagon is 16A 18Z double row-chain wheel, diameter

    of each wheel 1:1, self-aligning bearing 6210;

4. The shaft of driving chain wheel is equipped with a encoder (model E40S6-200-3-N-24);

5. Equip with 16A double row-chain 38m;

6. Cast steel bearing block SN210 4 pcs;

7. Feeding Manganese tube 17m;

8. The measuring flat wagon needs to associate with 2 trailers;
