Cryogenic liquid tank container is specially designed for the safe storage and transportation of liquid gases, such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, etc. They are able to maintain the liquid state of the gas at extremely low temperatures, ensuring its stability and safety during use.

Design and Construction

The tank container is built according to ISO standards, making it suitable for different modes of transportation, including maritime, road, and rail. The tank shell is constructed from high-strength, low-alloy steel specifically designed for cryogenic applications, ensuring it can withstand the extreme pressures and temperatures associated with these liquids. The insulation layer is composed of multi-layer super vacuum thermal insulation, providing excellent thermal efficiency and reducing heat leakage.

The tank container is also equipped with a variety of valves and instrumentation to monitor and control its operations safely. These include pressure-building valves, liquid inlet valves, liquid discharge valves, pressure-building adjustable valves, three-way valves, gas passing valves, air-return valves, vent valves, residual discharge valves, safety valves, and liquid level indication differential pressure gauges. These valves and instruments are strategically placed to ensure the tank's safe and efficient operation.

The product complies with IMDG, ADR, RID, CSC, TC, UIC, ISO1496/3, US.DOT, TSG and other specifications. Suitable for road, water and rail transport containers worldwide.

2. The working pressure and volume of the product can be designed according to user needs.

3. All tank containers reduce the dead weight of the tank container and increase the volume of the tank container under the premise of ensuring the safety of the tank container.

4. The advanced composite insulation method and mature and reliable vacuuming process are adopted to ensure that the tank body has excellent insulation performance and low daily evaporation rate.

5. The operation pipeline design can meet the use requirements of different situations, and the tank container has a complete active safety and passive safety design;

6. A composite transmitter integrating temperature, pressure, liquid level and GPS can be installed to monitor the liquid status in the tank in real time;

7. A variety of frame forms can be selected.

8. The operating pipeline can be arranged on the side or end according to customer needs;

9. Various brands of valves are available for selection; cryogenic pumps are optional.
