Maywon Solar specially designed NO-Rail-Standingseam Clamp in 2018 as one kind of Rail-Free Klip-Lock Clamp for the metal sheet roof mounting in the solar powered system. The Rail-free kliplock can make the workers to achieve a fast installation job, make the solar EPC save costs on mounting materials, delivery and labour by 40%. The kliplock is of non-penetration fixture so that the mounting system will keep the rooftop non-water leakage and can be suitable for any kind of metal sheet rooftops with the strength of 60m/s wind load. The no-rail kliplock has been popular in the solar projects in China, Japan, Korea, India, Thailand, Malaysia and many other countries.
