Through subsequent processes like mold transfer, demolding and other processes, the molded pulp products are finished.

    A servo motor paired with a screw guide rail is employed to automate product transfer to the receiving platform, reducing manual workload and boosting productivity. Controlled via a PLC system and touch screen interface, the machine’s production speed can be adjusted to accommodate various product specifications.
