Scope of application:

Welding Rotator is widely used in wind power, pressure vessels, petrochemicals, pipelines, steel structures, boilers, shipbuilding, surfacing and repair industries.

Product introduction:

Welding Rotator can adjust the roller center distance through the reserved screw hole or screw to adapt to the change in workpiece diameter. The drive adopts the cycloid pinwheel reducer or worm gear reducer, and dual motor drive. According to user needs, the roller is divided into three forms: rubber wheel, steel wheel, and steel-rubber combination wheel; it can be linked with other equipment for control. The roller frame is mainly used for welding, polishing, rubber lining and assembly of cylindrical barrels, and can also be used with other tooling for assembly and welding of cones and segmented unequal diameter rotating bodies.

The Welding Rotator is mainly composed of an active roller frame, a passive roller frame, an electronic control system, etc. The active roller frame drives two reducers respectively through two AC variable frequency motors, and the output end of the reducer is then transmitted through a primary open transition gear pair to drive the roller. The open transition gear pair is adopted, and the reducer is installed behind the roller, which can reduce the distance between the roller surface and the outer edge of the bearing seat, so as to effectively avoid the rotation of the workpiece pipe branch. The passive Welding Rotator adopts a double jacking device, which can easily adjust the position of the cylinder. The jacking is achieved by a worm gear lift, which is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
