Through the pipe connecting the cylinder head cover and the intake port, the ventilation air is burned to prevent the pressure from leaking the seal and reducing the engine efficiency. Sensor mounting support: In some complex engines, it can be used as the installation support for camshaft position and camshaft timing sensors, etc., to provide signal collection points for the engine electronic control system.

 

Care and maintenance:
Regular inspection: Regularly check the seal of the cylinder head cover to see if there is oil leakage, deformation, damage and other problems, if there is an anomaly should be found in time and processed.
Cleaning and maintenance: Keep the surface of the cylinder head cover clean, avoid dirt and oil accumulation, affecting heat dissipation and appearance, pay attention to avoid using sharp tools to scratch the surface of the cylinder head cover when cleaning.
Bolt fastening: tighten the fixed bolt according to the specified torque, and check whether the bolt is loose after the vehicle travels a certain distance or after a period of time. If it is loose, it should be tightened in time to ensure the sealing performance of the cylinder head cover.
