The company now mainly includes: CNC turret multi-station punching machine, CNC multi-function bending machine, automatic foil winding machine, microcomputer control curve cutting machine, insulating paint vacuum impregnation equipment, vacuum drying equipment. Vacuum oil filter and oil injection unit, etc. The company can complete the following processes in the production of box transformers: insulation production. Coil processing, iron core stacking, device body assembly, device body vacuum drying, main body assembly, vacuum oil filter and oil filling, low-voltage assembly, and testing experiments for components, semi-finished products, and finished products. At the same time, it can complete machining processes such as shearing, punching, bending, welding, sandblasting, surface treatment, pretreatment, spraying and baking of the shell.
