Product Features:

Explosion-proof design: the inner wall is coated with anti-static coating, and the top is equipped with explosion-proof vents, effectively preventing the risk of spontaneous combustion and explosion of coal dust.

High-temperature-resistant structure: heat-resistant steel material, can withstand high-temperature environment, adapt to the demand of coal-fired boilers directly connected to the material supply.

Wear-resistant and durable: the silo body is lined with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene plates, which can resist the high-speed scouring of coal particles and extend its service life by more than 5 years.

Usage:

Buffer storage between pulverised coal preparation plant and boiler in coal-fired power plant.

Stable supply of pulverised coal fuel for industrial kilns

Adaptable equipment: can be docked to the medium-speed coal mill, coal feeder, pneumatic conveying system and other mainstream coal powder handling equipment

Attention:

Installation requirements: special explosion-proof motors and electrical components need to be configured, grounding resistance ≤ 4Ω; connecting pipelines with the boiler need to reserve expansion joints to compensate for thermal expansion and contraction.

Daily maintenance: weekly cleaning of the silo wall powder, monthly check the wear and tear of the anti-static coating; quarterly calibration of temperature sensors, annual replacement of explosion-proof diaphragms

Safe operation: prohibit the use of iron tools to knock the silo body, maintenance needs to use copper tools; into the silo before the need to stop the equipment and ventilation for more than 2 hours

Environmental requirements: the waste coal dust should be centrally recycled, and it is prohibited to pollute the environment by dumping it at will.
