  1. Elimination of External Leaks and Controllable Internal Leaks for Safe Operation: External and internal leaks are critical safety hazards. Other control valves typically extend a valve stem, which is controlled by electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuators to rotate or move the valve core. Due to their self-contained circuit, they react more sensitively than other control valves. Properly designed solenoid valve coils consume very little power, making them energy-efficient products. They can also be designed to only require a trigger action to maintain the valve position, consuming no power during normal operation. The compact size of solenoid valves saves space and is both lightweight and aesthetically pleasing.
 
  4. Limited Adjustment Precision and Media Compatibility: Solenoid valves typically have only two states: on and off. The valve core can only be in two extreme positions and cannot be continuously adjusted, so the adjustment precision is somewhat limited. Solenoid valves have high requirements for media cleanliness and are not suitable for media containing particulate matter, which must be filtered out first. Additionally, they are not suitable for viscous media, and the viscosity range of media applicable to specific products is relatively narrow.
