Product Functionality Description
The energy-saving feedback capacity grading equipment is a high precision product developed for Lithium Cell Grading Machines with the main function of automating the detection and sorting of battery parameters (including voltage and capacity). The equipment product is built with a modular structure and has 256 independent constant-current and constant-voltage channels. The equipment can switch between 8 channel programmable control module and 16 channel programmable control module. The biggest advantage is the adoption of bidirectional energy feedback technology with a charge efficiency of >=80% and discharge efficiency of >=70%, which can save more energy consumption. The graded equipment is very suitable for charge-discharge tests of batteries that have a voltage test specification of <4.5V . The graded equipment is able to perform testing for multiple cylindrical batteries with diameters of 32 - 60mm and lengths of 80 - 200mm and a four-wire interface to measure the voltage of +/- 0.5%. The graded equipment has 12-fold safety protection, which includes reverse-connection, over-voltage and break-point recovery functions to ensure testing is stable. The integrated software for the equipment integrates well with the MES system, generates automatic reports in Excel, and sorts grades by capacity or voltage.
