Coarse bubble diffuser is an efficient oxygenation device used for sewage treatment, characterized by a large aperture that balances oxygenation efficiency and anti clogging performance. The following is the key information of the coarse diffuser:

Structure and Material

1. Structural design

It is usually composed of ABS material cloth tube and synthetic rubber membrane, which is fixed by metal clips and has a rough pore structure on the surface, which can form larger bubbles.

Some models adopt a disc or tubular shape, such as a 6-inch disc aerator disc, which is convenient for flexible installation.

2. Material characteristics

The membrane material is mainly EPDM rubber, which has chemical stability of acid and alkali resistance and anti-aging, and is not easy to harden or embrittle after long-term use.

We provide 5 inch coarse bubble diffuser or 6 inch coarse bubble diffuser that are specially designed for a plethora of applications. The special low plasticizer EPDM is aimed at beverage production, and food and animal processing. The silicone membrane diffuser is specifically created for refining processes, petrochemicals, and the paper industry.

Relatively based on the latest nano technology, the surface of the membrane materials are meant to prevent the accumulation of both biological and solid encrustations.
