1. This machine is suitable for ultra clean filling of fruit pulp beverages with large particles (within 6 * 6mm).
2. Equipped with independent bottle mouth and external spray disinfection nozzle to ensure the reliability of external disinfection of empty bottles.
3. One time filling of fruit and fruit juice technology, which means that the fruit and fruit juice are filled simultaneously during filling, and can be thoroughly cleaned using CIP.
4. The filling valve has no fruit reflux, simplifying the filling process and reducing production costs.
5. The upper part of the filling cylinder is equipped with an independent stirring mechanism to ensure the uniformity of fruit filling.
6. The bottle cap sterilization adopts a rotary spray soaking sterilization method, with an effective sterilization time of more than 60 seconds. The lid conveying tunnel is equipped with sterile water flushing and sterile air drying mechanisms.
7. The sterile room adopts aseptic filling and isolation technology to achieve bottle entry, empty bottle disinfection, flushing and filling pressure difference control, effectively avoiding secondary contamination inside the bottle.
