The hot runner designed by our factory has absorbed the advanced foreign technology, combined with the needs of domestic customers, adopts the shear-free gate design, and the hot runner nozzle controls the temperature independently. The mold is produced under fully automatic conditions without frequent operation by employees, so as to reduce the labor force of workers.

The key parts of the  plastic mold (core, cavity, and mouth mold) adopt the mold injection cavity, and the core injection adopts the high-quality special mold steel (HRC45) pre-heated by the original Swedish factory, which ensures the service life of the mold and the bottle quality (2 million times of normal use are maintenance-free, and the maximum and minimum wall thickness difference is less than 0.10 mm). The lathe machining center is used to ensure the processing quality of parts and realize mutual matching. The reasonable arrangement of the cooling water channel makes the mold have higher production efficiency, and the molding cycle is as short as 15 seconds (need to cooperate with the refrigerator, suitable preform design and suitable injection molding machine).

The new bottle preform mold structure that is completely self-developed completely discards most of the disadvantages of the past mold, and can achieve high precision, concentricity and long life of the mold, and can carry out standardization and mass production of various parts of the mold. Our mold ensures that the wall thickness difference of the tube blank is less than 0.10 mm, and the weight error is less than 0.3 g. It can produce 2-5 molds in one minute, with a service life of 2 million mold times, and the maximum mold cavity is 144.
