Feature：

Gantry structure design，bed and beams are welded structure, good rigidity, stable performance and smooth operation.

●Using Japan Panasonic servo motor, small inertia, dynamic performance, equipped with CYPCUT controller, high precision linear slide and rack, etc., thus effectively ensuring the machine's high speed, high precision and high reliability.

●With adjustable fiber lasers, compared with bulky gas lasers, solid-state lasers and DPSS, it has all solid state, high reliability, good beam quality, high conversion efficiency, heating source dispersion, easy to achieve high power output, as the fiber laser resonator cavity with no optical lens, has the advantage of non -adjustment, maintenance-free and high stability, which the traditional laser can not match。

●X, Y-axis screw and guide rail are protected by the side plate and protective skin cavity, avoid pollution of dust to linear guide and screw, extending the life of machine; the machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication device to facilitate the regular provision of lubricating oil to the rack, so that extend working life of the rack.

●Z-axis adopts original imported cutting sensor head, through the non-contact sensor to control the Z-axis motor drive cutting head to do up and down movement, so that the distance between nozzle and processing plate keep the same to ensure the quality of cutting; Drawer-type focus mirror seat, replace and clean the lens conveniently and quickly; at the same time, focus adjustment can be done according to the processing of sheet material and thickness to ensure the quality of cutting.

●X, Y, Z axis are stroke controlled by limit switch, while the limit position with a flexible cushion protection, effectively ensuring the safety of movement.

●Gas control system all use high-quality components, advanced and reliable design, the oxygen and nitrogen can be freely to switch; adopt high-pressure-proof gas path design, improve cutting capacity to stainless steel and other difficult processing materials.
