Artifical tree mold

Plastic household mold are very commonly used tools in modern industrial manufacturing. It mainly consists of six parts, namely the forming part, pouring system, guiding system, lateral core pulling mechanism, ejection system, and cooling and heating system. So what do these six parts respectively refer to?

Formed parts: The cavity is directly formed, and plastic parts are usually composed of a male cavity and a female cavity.

Pouring system: The flow channel of  household plastic mold.  with fewer injection nozzles leading to the mold cavity is called the pouring system, which consists of a main flow channel, a branch flow channel, a rubber nozzle, and a cold well.plastic spoon injection molding machine.


Guidance system: In order to ensure the alignment of the moving and fixed molds, guidance components are usually provided, including guide pillars, positioning blocks, ejection guide pillars (EGP), etc.plastic spoon machine.


Lateral core pulling mechanism: Plastic parts with lateral concave holes or side holes must be laterally divided before ejection in order to smoothly demould. Common mechanisms include sliding blocks, diagonal pins, etc.

Ejection system: During the mold opening process, the devices used to eject plastic parts from the mold include ejector pins, ejector tubes, ejecting blocks, diagonal pins, etc.
