Electrical Metallized Ceramic Substrate with Silver Plating

The base ceramic substrate is made of high purity alumina oxide, then a metallic layer will be applied on the  designated area, such as silver coating, nickle coating or gold coating. The metallized ceramic substrate  always use as electrical intergrated circuit board (PCB).

A varity of thickness of metalized ceramic substrate is able to offer, the standard thickness include 0.30mm, 0.40mm, 0.50mm, 0.635mm and 1.0mm, also we are able to use laser cutting to slice various customized size of small pieces as per clients' needs.  Any OEM, ODM is welcome.
