Product description
One-component polyurethane foam joint filler, in particular: for thermal insulation and installation applications in the building sector. It is suitable for bonding, fixing, installation, isolation, heat preservation, heat insulation, sealing and moisture-proof, gas isolation, filling structural vacancies, engineering holes and various cracked gaps, etc.

Best operating temperature: +18℃~25℃
Temperature resistance range after curing: -30℃~80℃
Rapidity: The surface is not sticky in 10 minutes, and can be cut, polished and painted after curing for 60 minutes;
Adhesion: firmly adhere to most materials (excluding T~eflon, silicone resin and other materials);
Shock resistance: elastic, can effectively buffer and disperse impact;
Corrosion resistance: anti-weak acid, anti-alkali, anti-aging;
Safety: No damage to human body after curing;
The normal applicable temperature of the material tank: +5℃~35℃
Construction method
1. Avoid direct sunlight, and the ambient temperature of the product tank should not exceed 40 °C
2. There is pressure in the material tank, so it cannot be placed in the cab during transportation, but should be placed in the luggage compartment
3. Do not spray at flames or hot surfaces
4. The construction site of this product should have a ventilated environment, no smoking or close to the fire source
5. This product has strong viscosity when it is not cured, and protective equipment should be worn during operation:
6. The foam that is accidentally stuck or should not be stuck can be wiped off with a special cleaning agent, thinner or acetone for polyurethane foam when it is not cured. If the foam has been cured, it can be handled by hand.
7. Please keep the material tank out of the reach of children
8. In case the styrofoam touches the eyes, please rinse with water immediately or as directed by a doctor, if it touches the skin, rinse with soap and water
9. The product must be placed vertically, not upside down or sideways
10. The product is stored in a dry and ventilated environment from +10°C to 35°C;
11. When using, the base surface should preferably be wet with water, which is beneficial to improve the bonding strength and foaming rate
