●According to user requirements, it can also be additionally mounted with an automatic weighing system. This weighing system can be connected with PLC to automatically control feeding and filling, ensure consistent weight of materials to be filled and facilitate the measurement and the control of transferring batches.

Summary:

The hopper lifting mixers currently used in Chinese manufacturers mostly adopt the single-arm or double-arm type box structure. During mixing, the rotary device is inside the box, taking large floor space, making installation difficult and increasing load on the ground. During material discharging after the mixing is completed, it is not easy to carry out in-place filling with the next procedure and a special lifting machine is needed to realize the filling procedure, which increases the operation space and enhance work intensity, making the costs far higher than those for column lifting mixers.
