Abstract APET English full name: Laboratory Laboratory Terephthalate, chemical name: Amorphous Polyethylene Terephthalate, is a kind of plastic absorbing material. APET blister material polyester SHEET (PET SHEET) also known as polyester rigid adhesive cloth, is thermoplastic environmental protection plastic products, the edge material and waste can be recycled, the chemical elements contained in the same as the paper for carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, is a degradable plastic. Packaging products made from this material end up as water and carbon dioxide when discarded. A-pet environmental protection film is widely used in the packaging of cosmetics, food, electronics, toys, printing and other industries, such as all kinds of high-grade blister packaging, folding box, plastic cylinder, window sheet and so on. The typical application is heat shrink polyester film.

Compared with the widely used PVC film,A-PET has the following advantages:

1. Light specific gravity: PET specific gravity 1.33 is 3.7% lower than PVC specific gravity 1.38

2. High strength: PET film strength is more than 20% higher than PVC film, low temperature impact resistance is better, -40℃ without brittle cracking, so usually use thinner than 10% film to replace PVC.

3. Good folding resistance. PET film will not appear as PVC self-crack creases, more suitable for documents and other surface decoration.

4. PET film transparency is high (PVC film blue), especially the luster is better than PVC film, more suitable for exquisite packaging.

PET products have no pollution, no crystal point, high transparency, good finish, strong impact resistance, can be widely used in blister, folding box, cylinder and other exquisite packaging and all kinds of printing window film, and can produce various color film according to customer requirements.
