Rice powder milling machine for factory use,Welll know as ACM, which is Air Classifier Machine, used for very fine powder production, like 100-500mesh size output powder production, available for pulverizing sugar, spices pulverizer, turmeric mill, herbs grinder, leaves pulverizer, etc.Usages: The machine consist of Pulverizing unit, Cyclone discharging unit, Dust-collecting unit, Blower unit, Electrical control panel box and Pipes etc. With the speciality of air classification, non mesh sieve, uniform and equal output powder size, continuous operation, etc. The machine reaches the international advanced lever and is widely used for material's powder pulverizing process/size reduction production in pharmaceutics, chemical, foodstuff industries, etc. Working Principles: Raw material is transported into the milling chamber via hopper by screw feeder, been cut and sheared by the high speed rotating cutters and gear rings inside the chamber to complete the pulverizing process, and the matched sizes powders will be classified out from the chamber by the help of the air classifying device, the RPM of classifying device is adjustable for ensure the classified out powder's size be different as required. Then the powders go into the cyclone unit and discharging. Some mini-powder dust will be suck into the Dust-Collector for recycling. The whole process are complete sealed, makes sure no dust flying situation and clean production.
