Zhejiang Ailipu Tsingtech Exhaust Purification Technology Co.,Ltd produced 3 different kinds of air-assisted injection nozzle, which is mechanical straight through module, it is a robust component that injection atomised urea and air mixture in the centre of the exhaust gas flow.
The inlet is φ6.3 or 1/4"which followed SAE J2044 standard.
It suggests to place this injection nozzle in the middle of the exhaust pipe with any installation angle, the nozzle should placed in the same direction as exhaust stream, in order to satisfied with this requirement, inset injection nozzle in the nozzle holder upon installation,
