 During installation, attention should be paid to the direction of the hydraulic cylinder to ensure correct installation and avoid reverse installation or incorrect installation direction.

For hydraulic cylinders and large hydraulic cylinders that require high speed stability, specialized exhaust devices such as exhaust plugs and valves are often installed at the highest point of the hydraulic cylinder.
After loosening the locking screw of the exhaust plug or valve, the low-pressure reciprocating movement is repeated several times, and the oil with bubbles will be discharged. After the air is exhausted, tighten the screw, and the hydraulic cylinder can operate normally
