Lower the four fixing screws on the oil distribution plate. (3) Hang the iron hooks on both sides of the tension device on the two oil pipe joints that are relatively symmetrical on both sides of the core, and then use a jack to support the vertical transmission shaft. When lifting the jack, the core can be pulled out

(4) Drag the center swivel core with a top sleeve, and then use a 1.5t jack to push the core back into place, Other parts can be reassembled in the reverse order of disassembly, and the whole process only requires one person to work (Can also work together ", without the need to dismantle any oil pipe. The elevating hydraulic small jack can be modified with a horizontal jack, or an existing small jack can be used, and the new oil device can be replaced with a fire repair rubber clip. The tension device can be self-made, mainly composed of a bottom plate and adjustable iron chain, and can be completed with a jack. The whole person operation does not require other auxiliary equipment, and the tools used are also very simple, especially suitable for quick repair in the field.
