Usage and dosage

1) Dilute our LP-2040 with water according to dilution ratio: 1:3~1:10

2) Clean the mould thoroughly before use 

3) Spray diluted LP-2040 on the mould surface evenly

  * If it is the new mold or just cleaned mold, please repeat spray, 

4) Forming

5) Demoulding

6) If the feeling of stripping down in the continuous use, spraying diluted LP-2040 in the mould surface evenly can maintain good stripping effect

Package and shipment

25kg/drum, 200kg/drum, IBC, to store in a cool place, prevent direct sunlight
