Machine Features:
SLS1588 silk screen printer is suitable for printing UV inks of various colors on plastic round, oval, square bottles and jars.
SLS1588 printing press uses digital control servo motor to drive the printing function, easily realizes 360-degree printing. And it is equipped with remote management and service functions(Industry 4.0)
SLS1588 a modular combined structure, each module includes independent screen printing and UV curing functions, and the linear connection can realize a maximum of 8-color integrated production line.The machine can be connected to foil stamping or labeling modules to become a multi-functional printing production line such as silk screen printing with foil stamping or labeling.
The feeding conveyor can be connected directly with the bottle making equipment, or it can be connected to the automatic bottle unscrambler instead of manual feeding.
After printing, the finished product detection module can be connected, and the unqualified products can be shunted instead of manual detection.
After completion of printing, the discharging can be connected to a bagging machine instead of manual bagging.
