SFR8110 is driven by SANKYO rotary positioning drive system and features a main drive motor Omron.

The UV screen printing inks are automatically cured with high powered UV lamps positioned after each printing station. After loading of the flat objects there is a pre-flame treating station and de-ionizing / cleaning station (optional) to ensure quality printing results with fewer defects.

SFR8110 can be connected with cap unscrambler machine and curved surface printing machine SR818 to be a fully automatic production line as video.

Specifications:

SFR8110 is one color printing and SF1220 is two-color printing, the machine dimensions/Max printing area and printing speed are all the same.
