IR Curing Silkscreen Printing Press for Feeder Bottle

The screen printing equipment  is suitable for printing thermosetting inks of various colors on the surface of plastic round, oval, square bottles and jars (such as feeder bottles, water bottles).

The printing function of the machine adopts servo drive to easily realize 360 degrees printing through digital control.

The machine adopts a modular combined structure, each module contains independent screen printing and hot air surface drying functions, and the linear combined connection can realize a maximum of 8-color integrated production line.

After printing, the finished product enters the maximum 120° drying oven and bakes for 10 minutes through the manipulator to complete thorough curing.
