Product introduction:
This CNC double-head lathe is a new type of high-efficiency, high-precision machining equipment, mainly used for mass production processing of shaft and tube parts, and the workpiece can complete turning and milling processing of both ends at the same time in one clamping, which has the advantages of high production efficiency and high coaxiality of parts compared with the traditional process of multiple clamping and processing of workpieces in multiple sequences.
Main features:
1. High quality resin sand casting, box structure, strong shock resistance, treated by secondary aging to remove internal stress and reduce deformation.2. Advanced three-dimensional finite element sharing treatment is adopted to ensure the stability and reliability of the machine body.
3. The machine tool is a whole inclined bed structure, fully enclosed protection, and the chip discharge is smoother.
4. The feed transmission adopts Taiwan precision linear roller guide and ball screw vice and German FAG or Japanese NSK special bearings for screw, ball screw installation are pre-stretch structure, improve the rigidity of the machine at the same time to reduce the impact of cold and hot machine on the workpiece processing accuracy.
5. One time clamping, both ends are processed at the same time, high precision and high efficiency.
6. Optional row of tools or turret.
