Introduction: Pipes pass through pre-embedded rigid waterproof casings on floors and roofs, which can effectively prevent floor leakage and are commonly used in building water supply and drainage projects; clean pools and sewage pools in tap water, factories, civil air defense projects, and sewage treatment plants require pipelines to pass through. If the cement wall passes through and needs to be able to move up and down, then a flexible waterproof casing is required. When these two types of waterproof casing are used in contact with corrosive media, the designer should choose an appropriate waterproof casing based on the properties of the medium and anti-corrosion requirements. Corrosion materials---316L stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, 201 stainless steel, etc.

2. 2. If the casing passes through a wall and encounters a non-concrete wall, a concrete wall should be used locally. The pouring range should be 200 larger than the diameter of the wing ring (D5), and the casing must be poured into the wall at one time;

3. 3. The thickness of the concrete wall at the pipe penetration should not be less than 300, otherwise the wall should be thickened on one side or both sides, and the diameter of the thickened part should be at least D5+200;

4. 4. The weight of the casing is calculated based on L=300. If the wall thickness is greater than 300, it should be calculated separately;

Material description: Stainless steel waterproof casing is made of 304 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel. Both ends should be mechanically cut (for example, with a toothless saw, etc.). Stainless steel waterproof casing is mainly used in pipelines with various corrosive media. Generally such as chemical pipelines and chemical reaction pools, corrosive sewage treatment pipelines.

Generally, the material is selected according to the customer's requirements. 304 is a versatile stainless steel with better high temperature resistance. The general use temperature limit is less than 650°C. 304 stainless steel has excellent stainless corrosion resistance and good intergranular corrosion resistance. Of course, if the requirements are stricter, 316L stainless steel can also be used to produce waterproof casings. Due to the addition of Mo, 316L has particularly good corrosion resistance, atmospheric corrosion resistance and high temperature strength, and can be used under harsh conditions; it has excellent work hardening properties.
