9-lifter repair kit

Excavator elevator failure:
1. May cause the steering pump flow control valve to become stuck.
2. It may cause insufficient tire pressure, interference with the steering column of the pump, loose connections, loose or slipping pump belts, or loose pump installation positions.
3. It may cause loosening of bolts at various connection parts of the oil pipe, resulting in steering fluid leakage. The steering gear piston cylinder is excessively worn, the oil seal is poor, and the control valve is bonded or damaged.
Solution to the malfunction of the excavator lift:
Check the steering gear, steering pump control valve, oil cup filter, steering oil, and clean the entire power steering system.
Inflate the tires according to regulations and adjust the engine performance.
If the pump is dirty, be sure to clean the inside and outside of the booster pump and oil pipe (do not use cotton cloth or other multi fiber cloth, use a clean brush for cleaning), and exhaust air from the steering system according to regulations.
Add oil to the specified level, check or replace the oil cup. Adjust the tension of the belt according to regulations and tighten the connecting screws of each component. Check the connecting parts of the oil pipe, tighten the connecting bolts, and replace the oil pipe, power steering pump, or power steering gear.
