CLXJ-05L High speed double mixer blender mixing machine

Product General:

Explosion Proof planetary shear mixer is a kind of equipment which assembles various mixing types and running models of mixers in one. It is suitable for dissolving, dispersing, mixing, compounding, reaction of material which is from powder to high-viscosity and high-density, and various paddle can be chosen according to different processing technique and material feature. (e.g. twist of dough frame type, multi-paddle type)dispersing disc or emulsifying head can be chosen for high-speed shaft.

Application of paint vertical mill:

1.The stirring paddle in the kettle rotates during revolution, which makes the material flow around,so it can realize
mixing(compounding) effect in a short amount of time.
2.Vacuum design ensures material work under sealed environment.
3.There are various blades as frame, paddle and twist of dough frame for low speed blade can be chosen.
4.Heating means of kettle can be electrical heating, steam heating, hot water or oil circulation heating, intelligent temperature director can control temperature precisely.
