Instruct:

1. Put the ready-to-use reagent bottle in an appropriate position in the work area, and unscrew the cap of the ready-to-use reagent bottle;

2. Place the Petri dish in the center of the working area;

3. Remove the cap of the reagent bottle, and suck out the reagent in the reagent bottle with a straw;

4. Put the lid of the culture dish on the back of the culture dish;

5. Gently pour medium directly into the bottom of one side of the Petri dish;

6. Cover the petri dish;

7. Put the culture dish on the side where it was originally placed, making sure that the medium does not enter the tiny space between the lid and the bottom;

8. Remove the used straw. According to the needs of the experiment, choose the appropriate petri dish.
