Working principle: 

When the flow is in forward direction, that is, from port A to port B or from port B to port A, the liquid can flow freely through the valve, and the valve core is in an open state under the action of the liquid flow.When the liquid flows in the reverse direction, the valve core is closed under the action of the spring force and the hydraulic pressure to prevent the liquid from passing through.If reverse conduction is required, a certain control pressure needs to be applied to the control oil port to push the control piston so that the valve core overcomes the spring force and opens, thereby achieving reverse conduction.

- Most working pressure：it can reach 315 bar，can bear pressure of higher hydraulic system, it is fit for high pressure hydraulic system.

- Most flow：it can reach 60 L/min，can meet hydraulic system of certain flow requirements.

- Opening pressure：there are 1.5 bar, 3 bar and 6 bar options, which can be selected according to the specific hydraulic system requirements.

Z2S type check valve is a superimposed hydraulic control check valve, it can be used to close one or two working oil ports, no leakage for a long time, good stability, free flow of oil from A to A1 or B to B1, Reverse is blocked. If the oil flow through the valve, eg from A to the pressure oil acts on the valve core (1), the valve moves to the right and pushes the ball (2) off the valve seat. A1, when the one-way valve (3) is opened by the controlled oil, the oil can flow from B1 to B. The pressure is unloaded in the B1 cavity, and the one-way valve (3) is fully opened.
In order to ensure that the two one-way valves can be closed reliably when the reversing valve is in the neutral position, the A and B ports of the valve are connected to the oil return line.
