ZDB16VP2-30/20 is a hydraulic pressure control valve, it is belong to Pressure Control Valve.

ZDB and Z2DB valves are pilot-operated relief valves with superimposed structure, which are used to limit system pressure. Its composition mainly includes a valve body (7) and one or two cartridge overflow valves. The system pressure is set by the regulating element (4). When the valve is closed in static state, the pressure at port A acts on the spool (1), at the same time, the pressure acts on the spring side of the spool (1) through the orifice (2), and acts on the pilot valve through the orifice (3). on the core (6). If the pressure of A rises and exceeds the fixed value of the spring (5), the pilot (6) overcomes the spring force and opens, and the oil can enter T from the spring side of the spool (1) and throttling (3), and the resulting pressure drop makes Valve (1) moves accordingly, which connects ports A and T, while spring (5) sets the pressure constant. The control oil returns to the outside from the two spring chambers through the oil port T.
The pressure measuring port (8) can detect the pressure.

Attention: the pilot-operated structure relief valve has internal leakage, if it is used as a safety valve that requires a small internal leakage, ZDBD type superimposed relief valve (direct-acting structure) can be selected.
