Gold recovery centrifugal concentrator is an efficient machine that is used for mineral gravity separation process plant. Gold centrifugal working principle
In operation, material is fed as a slurry of minerals and water into a rotating bowl that includes special fluidized grooves or riffles to capture the heavies. Fluidized water/back wash water/recoil water is introduced through the multiple fluidization holes in the inner cone to keep the bed with heavy minerals. Fluidized water/back wash water/recoil water plays an important role during the separation.
Operation Precautions of Gold Centrifugal Machine
(1) The feeding volume, concentration, and particle size of the gold centrifugal machine should be stabilized. The feed should be carefully separated from the slag.
(2) To prevent the blockage of the ore flushing nozzle, it requires that the ore washing water should be clean and there should be no grass residue.
(3) It is necessary to regularly check whether the action of the control mechanism for the gold centrifugal machine is flexible and whether the ore separation, ore crushing, and ore washing are coordinated.
(4) Pay attention to check whether the parts of the gold centrifugal machine are worn or broken and whether the water pressure meets the requirements. If there is water leakage and slurry leakage, it should be dealt with in time.
