MRV-03B stacked check valve

MRV-03B-H is a model of hydraulic pressure valve which is belong to Yuken series, it is belong to Pressure Control Valve.

Basic principle 

In a hydraulic system using a metering pump to supply oil, usually connected in parallel at the outlet of the hydraulic pump, when system pressure enlarge to its adjustable pressure, excess oil will flow back to the tank through the overflow valve,  thereby ensuring the stability of system pressure; In a hydraulic system using a variable pump to supply oil, during normal working time,only when the load exceeds the specified limit.That is, when the system pressure exceeds the set pressure, the overflow is opened for overload protection.

Performance parameter

- Pressure：highest using pressure can reach to 315kgf/c,highest set pressure is around 250 bar.

- Flow：big flow can reach around 63LPM.

- temperature range:highest temperature range is -25~90°C。

- Viscosity range:the allowable oil viscosity range is generally 10~400 CST.
