2. Action: Lift the barbell bar: Push it up and lock (straighten) the elbow. When the elbow is locked, the barbell bar should be positioned directly above the line where the shoulder joint and the humeral joint are located, with the arm completely perpendicular to the ground. Lower: Take a deep breath on the screen (increase the air pressure inside the body and support the chest by increasing the tightness of the entire chest), lower the barbell rod to the line connecting the two nipples, and drop it just enough to touch the chest (if the movement is insufficient, there is no need to force touch the chest). Push up: Push the barbell back to the starting position, holding your breath or exhaling depending on personal habits.
