2. Determine the handle you want to use for exercise. We have multiple handles to choose from, such as wide grip, narrow grip, or neutral grip. Choose a grip that targets the specific muscle you want to exercise.

3. Hold the handle and extend it forward, with the palm facing downwards or in the desired grip position.

4. Start the movement by retracting the scapula and pulling the handle towards the body. Concentrate on exercising the back muscles and avoid using excessive momentum or twitching movements.

5. Slowly extend your arms backwards to the starting position while maintaining tension in your back muscles. Maintain control throughout the entire range of motion.

6. Repetition: Follow your exercise plan or coach's instructions to perform the required number of repetitions and groups.
