S&S is a professional manufacturer of electronic jacquard machines and spare parts. M5 series jacquard loom module are applicable to all S&S digital jacquard looms and name selvedge jacquard machines which are widely running with rapier loom,air jet loom, water jet loom, shuttle loom and projectile loom. All the plastic parts of our module are produced by our own-made injection mold. The side board, electromagnets, mobile hooks and other accessories we produced are definitely with elegant outlook and high quality. The assembly workshop, clear and dust-free, with highly effective line production, strictly controls production processes. We strive to get our electronic jacquard M5 module into the optimal state. All modules we assembled have good sealing and they always slide smoothly between hooks and motion irons, pulleys and harnesses, which finally reach the state of high quality and durability. Each module is strictly tested before shipping to our customers all over the world.

3 High-quality pulley with army-used grease has better functions than bearing and could be used for more than three years

4 Three-position control with double shed opening for making carpet ,velvet and other fabrics.

5 Two type of pulley you can choose depend on your loom speed. Pulley with bearing and without bearing.
